This latest DJI drone is rated for a maximum wind speed of 23 mph but when you flick the drone into sport mode it can do quite a bit better than that. Nov 2, 2022 · The Air 2S (my choice) has a 20 MP, 1" sensor, same as the Mavic 2 drones. Lacks only side obstacle avoidance. Smart landing sensor with pattern recognition. Usually lands within a foot of takeoff point. I've flown mine in 15 mph wind without difficulty or instability. Video is smoother if the shutter angle is 180 degrees.
